All courses, audio programmes, and downloadable resources are digital products delivered electronically. Upon completing a purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicence any content.
• Record, copy, or reproduce video or audio materials.
• Use content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once access to a course or programme has been granted. However, we handle every case with care.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@transformwithtanuja.com and we will do our best to resolve it or offer a suitable remedy.

All content on this platform — including text, images, video, audio, graphics, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Transform with Tanuja or its licensed creators and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence described in Section 5.

When using our Services you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
